In the field of Business Strategy

  • Professionally accredited 2014 MBA Management and Strategy.

  • General financial analysis expertise, including SWOT for marketing/strategic planning, Financial analysis, including standards such as ROI, Trend analysis, based on General Income statements, Acid test ratio analysis etc.

In the field of Architecture

  • Experience both in Design and Production on a broad base of project types. Including multi-family residential, commercial, mid-rise commercial, retail, and institutional.

  • Project management experience, both in private practice, and with firms of international scope. Requisite CAD skills, along with other popular word processing programs.

  • I can bring over 20 years of varied practical experience to the table.

Recently, while I have pursued credentials in addition to my Bachelor of Science Architecture, primarily business oriented, (an accredited MBA, as well as current Ph.D. study), I have worked on projects ranging from industrial remodeling and re purposing, to high end single family residences, specialty interior design retail kiosks, and everything in between.

Prior to the years of freelance work, which sustained me during lean recession years and thereafter, my responsibilities on projects such as New Urbanism residential/retail complex in Nashville, included construction documents from A- to Z. Historically, my experience in Chicago, such as stone and terrazzo CD's for the milestone Harold Washington Library Center, design for the U.S. Trust Bank building in Cambridge, Massachusetts, have given me the confidence and organizational ability, to manage and direct efforts responsibly on projects of virtually any size. Well developed AutoCAD skills, along with requisite Sketch Up and other 3D representational rendering programs, together with a growing REVIT expertise, lend immediate practical benefit. I encourage you to thoroughly consider my resumes, and compare with project requirements. Available for immediate hire for the right circumstance.

I encourage you to visit my online portfolio, and view the projects briefly described in the resume. For more specific information, I urge to contact me, either via my voicemail/FAX number, or conveniently via e-mail:

Very truly yours,

Marc S. Marion
